They are very professional and know exactly what is needed to be done. I did not have to wait, which is good if you are in a hurry. My only problem there was having to look for the entrance. :D The door is on the Adelaide street.
My experience with this location is really beyond my expectation because first of all I went there without any prior appointment and during this pandemic situation I got my document notarized within a few minutes. They are very helpful and efficient with exceptional service. They are taking proper precautions for the pandemic and only allowing one person at a time. I will highly recommend this location to all.

I have to their office couple of years ago to get a power attorney from my mom. Never needed it until recently. When I went yo bank to conduct my mom’s business on her behalf they told me this document is not valid since they have striked out the witness name and added another one. Our witness was no show that day and office personnel became our witness. The document was not yet notarized at that point. The seal was put after the names were striked and new one added. I eas charged $89. Today as I need the power of attorney again , I called the office and they said I need to pay again. They never told me stikung a name can make the notorization in valid and they gave me an invalid piece of paper and want to charge me again. Please be sure the same thing does not happen to you.

Rude and impatient on the phone. She didn't let me to finish my sentence every time I tried to explain to her. Answered 2 other lines at least 3 times while Im asking my questions. If you don't need my business you can ask me to simply go somewhere else.
The notary on duty, David, did an excellent job - fast, efficient and easy to understand. He even helped me with the form, when I made a mistake.
Good service. I went today and the lady of the front desk was really helpful and she explained to me the service that I needed. She was well informed and she took the time to do what i needed. What i loved the most is that they are open on the weekend!
