This spot is the one I like best. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this one I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very helpful and the cooking they place on your table is so flavorful. I would always prefer to have a decent meal in this restaurant. Highly recommended.
Chicken Piccata Entree & Goat Cheese Tart Appetizer paired with your favorite local craft beer on tap and or complimentary wine is divine!! Great menu, service & atmosphere. Appetizer, cup of soup, entree and 2 drinks shared between two people very pleased with the price and the portions were perfect!

We have walked past this place many times and decided to finally give it a try. The ambiance is welcoming and the service was informative and friendly. The food tasted fine but did not wow us. We felt the menu was a bit pricey for the amount/quality of food you received.
I really enjoy how friendly and welcoming the staff are at RSR. I also like how they change the menu and have unique food options. TRY the Crab Cakes they are some of the best in town.
Food was so / so. Not great, but not terrible. The menu is confusing only 1 dish features a red sauce and it is spaghetti with meatballs. We ordered it and it is not a great red sauce. You're better off at Olive Garden.
I assumed that they would have no red sauce, but I was wrong. Fantastic food, exceptional service and the best smells of real Italian cooking. DO NOT miss out on the bread sticks. Some of the best coffee I've had in a long time. If you're in Excelsior, this is a definite must.
