*added more photos :nWe were visiting Nanaimo and was doing Nanaimo hunting to find the best one. This places cheesecake Nanaimo was our best two. We went back the next day for pastries for breakfast and they did not disappoint either.nThey have pay it forward program, and employees were SOOO loving and nice. Love supporting places like this. Their cakes looked AMAZING.nIf you're in Nanaimo DEFINITELY A PLACE TO CHECK OUT AND SUPPORT nMy partner and I do stand out easy, but the staff remembered us from our first visit too.
2 days in a row because we are in the know!nBest cheesecake and Nanaimo bar ever.nI gifted treats to my dad, whom turned Popeye after 1 bite of heaven.nMy neighbor deserved cheesecake for tolerating my kids too!nAnd of course, we had a lot of fun testing each others.nThe staff comes across as really caring. They were thoroughly navigating endless orders, While red and trev both hustled behind the scenes.nThis place is busy, and you will see why after the first bite, of absolutely anything you order. It’s a friendly bakery. Unfortunately for me the Nanaimo bar was too sweet especially the custard layer. Found it one dimensional and fluffy. The spinach feta pastry was decent.
It was good Friday so my wife and I wanted to do something special that we never have gone before. We have heard lots of good things about Reds so we had to give it a go. A couple of Big AF drinks and Big AF Cookies. Look Bigger than Suzie's head. Sorry there was no tiny pies but definitely a bright spot in our day.
