The quality of food at this location tends to be a hit or a major miss, the hours fluctuate due to a constant need for staff as evident by the nearly permanent "help wanted" signs, and the poor employees always seem to be in a rush and are clearly exhausted. Quite a few times we've been skimped on burger toppings or fries, our last visit they were out of sweet potato fries, which was a bummer, other times our burgers were on the greasier side and warm rather than hot. In the past they had better prepared food, especially compared to other Red Robin joints during COVID, which is one of the reasons that we occasionally give them another chance, as well as the location is easy to get to from the interstate. That aside, what interactions I've had with the staff were always positive, you can tell that they're trying their best to stay bright and friendly and genuine, they're quick to help if need be, they're just overworked.
I have been in red Robin couple of years ago in Seattle and everything was amazing. We have been waited for 20 minutes because we didn't want to seated on bar's! They are under staff so, it takes 25 to serve us, and they bring the food with only 10 fries yes only 10 pieces, i ask more and it took another 10 minutes! Anyway last time for us to go there.
To be honest, this was our first visit since the pandemic. We were greeted at the front desk and seated immediately by a very friendly lady. It took a while for a waitperson to come by and we ordered. I was delivered fries instead of the O rings that I requested. My companion wanted me to speak up but I did not want the rings arriving after our meal was completed. Another couple came in but they were not as patience as we were and left after about 5+ minutes not sure if they were impatient or just turned off by the loud, conversation prohibitive music. Perhaps that is why she heard fries when I said rings. A very friendly man, the shift manager, came over after our meal and asked how things were. I said fine. I lied and did not tell him about the O rings, the nightclub music, nor the bland hamburger. I did not want to be a complainer. We will give it a few years and try again.
Great food, music and service! This was my first visit and got treated very well. They have many signature burgers with endless sides and drinks. The waitress that served us was very nice, we had a great time. The atmosphere was perfect for celebrations too! Dietary restrictions: They had a whole system for dietary restrictions, and would great to keep everyone included!
Took a while to get a seat but they were busy. Our server was great, but the drink runner was unfriendly. Our food was a mix of good and not so good. We got an onion ring tower was overcooked and extremely greasy. For $12, I expected something better. The Freckled lemonade was ok but costs $5 for a watered down version and just a few strawberry pieces. My peach tea was gross until I realized it hadn’t been mixed at all. I ordered a Pig Out Tavern Double and received a regular Tavern Double. The bacon was floppy. I’ve been to RR in several states and this one is my least favorite. You can’t charge people ridiculous prices for food and not give them quality food.
The burger I got was good, it was the bourbon river something or another was delicious. I made it half way thru and found a long hair. Nope i was done at that point. It was comped, thank you for that. I was enjoying it until then. The garlic fries where the best i ever had, my wife's salad was huge. The bartened seemed to be a little lost with only 2 tables tho.
Lunch today was fantastic. My salad was perfect. Service was outstanding even though they were very busy. My family loves Red Robin. The manager Steph was so attentive to my 5 year old today she came to the rescue and made him feel better.
Great service on Christmas Eve when we had no power at home. Very thankful to the wait staff and kitchen staff who were working on the holiday. Service was great, food was good and quick. Very kid-friendly atmosphere.Food: 4/5
Even though these restaurant openings have been strange and hard I must say I really enjoyed a more peaceful atmosphere and service. Learned a lot of the sauces are made in house and they we're gracious enough to make me my own sweet & spicy ketchup and then gave me a chance to try some island heat!! Even though I was disappointed that the call ahead didn't work We got in within 15 minutes The food was delicious and definitely a must go during these times!! Tell Justin we said "Hi" when you see him behind the bar!!
Burger was way over cooked. The waitress was training someone, but the person being trained was better than she was. Took forever for things to come out and the parking lot & inside was almost empty In response: we all know you aren’t going to fix anything. Your apps are all frozen and your “cooks” are warming up meals at the age of 16+. Throw in the fact that I mix strong drinks, but that tender, had I been a rookie would’ve made me sick.
