Wonderful! Cool decor, yummy drinks! Good food,friendly service! What more could you ask for.
We were greeted before we were inside by a very pleasant hostess who opened the door. We were immediately seated with menus. Less than a minute later our hostess came with a basket of fries and 2glasses of water. Order was placed and in no time we got it. The salmon was cooked perfectly and was moist and delicious. The hamburger was delicious and I added the garlic mayo. Very good. Our waitress checked on us regularly. Portions are big and all of the items were great. Enjoy! Our server's name is Yevette. We ask for her every time we go there and she's absolutely wonderful! Very kind, upbeat and goes out of her way to be kind to the elderly gentleman that is handicapped that I bring. Yevette makes his entire outing such a pleasure. She makes sure that he has everything he needs to truly enjoy his meal. She is a phenominal server and he and I truly enjoy her.
The food was great per usual. We went to the Enfield location and our waitress was mediocre. I asked for extra creamer twice. Extra lemons twice. But the hostesses oh man dude…. If you hate your job that much quit. On my way out I said thank you. I got nothing back. My husband was holding the door for our son and I said it a lot louder HAVE A GOOD DAY!! And one of the 3 said you too while giving me a dirty look. As someone who was a hostess and then waitresses at their age to my mid 20s I always had a smile on my face. It’s in the job description to be a door greeter.
Pretty consistent quality - which seems hard to get these days. Their takeout containers are great and my fries aren’t soggy by the time I get them home. Only gave 4 stars because they seem to mess up my wife’s meal every other time we order for pick up.
Our experience was great due to one factor...PAM. the server was awesome from introduction to check. She moved like she had work to do and spoke to us with purpose and good intention. She offered fries while we waited without having to ask. She also noticed how many of us there were and immediately told us about the rewards program which we never knew about despite eating at RR all the time. She is intuitive and kind. Great job
Our waiter didn’t seem to care very much. Our appetizer came out after our meal. The hostess didn’t seem to know where to put us at first. Just a very meh experience. We look forward to going out as a little treat but it was just an uncomfortable experience. Would have been better if our server smiled or didn’t rush our check before we got the chance to ask for dessert. Poor experience last night.
I have been to this Red Robin numerous times, and it's always a fulfilling dining experience! Busy too, so everyone must agree! The prices are reasonable and you always get plenty of food to satisfy a lunch time bout of hunger. I had a memorable lunch today with my family. My Red's Tavern Double burger was tasty and cooked fully and to perfection, as always, and my yukon chips were simple but delicious! I also had a raspberry limeade, and it's my new favorite drink there. Very addictive! The onion rings were crispy and flavorful, and my dessert, the brownie cake, was so rich!! I have never written a review on this establishment before, until today, because I have just had too many delightful experiences, but this one tops it. Our server's name was Eva, and she did a thorough job taking care of us, even though there was a crowd. Spectacular work, Enfield Red Robin!! Indeed!!
The food at Red Robin is always great, me and my friends always crave it when we hang out. Foods fresh and served hot. There were a few things I feel should be mentioned one of them being our server being in genuine. She was overly enthusiastic to the point of borderline annoyance I feel making personable impressions are important when it comes to foodservice and th a t is just not what we got with our server. I had gone to another Red Robin a few days prior in Enfield we had a lovely experience with Sherry she was great, fun, funny, genuine, and easy to talk to! This is what we look for in food service. Again food was great, service usually good however this one server needs to be way better maybe back of the house or togo is a better position, she has great potential but not quite there yet.
Got a vegan burger pretty good other than the lettuce bun they have is kind of a bit over the top, feels like your eating a head of lettuce. The patty was great and so was the service. Vegetarian options: Vegan bean burger and salads Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly
