Honestly I feel like this college cares more about money , they make you pay for everything. Plus it’s unprofessional, they reply to emails very late , thye don’t care
Definitely the best school experience ive ever had. I miss my time at Red River. The classes are well prepared and relevant to your field of interest and the teachers are extremely knowledgeable. I wish I could have completed my bachelor's at Red River. The downtown campus is also very pretty.
I did not attend RRC as a student so I cannot comment on the College itself. However, I would like to make a comment on the Student Services. I took one RRC course in high school and needed my transcript to be sent over to UofM. There was an issue with MyCreds and long story short it did not get sent over to UofM. Which then caused problems for me reapplying for my program this year as I never had the official one last year. I was in contact with UofM emailing and calling for weeks, I then called the student services here and had an unpleasant experience with a younger gentlemen on the phone. He did not even try to help me out and just asked me to send over an email, but I was tired of the back and fourth and just wanted someone to help me then and there. So I went to the RRC campus on Notre Dame. The most lovely lady, named Sam, was so incredibly kind and fixed my problem in FIVE MINUTES! I had to leave work since the hours were short and the phone call gave me no help, and the person was very condescending- basically blaming me for everything. So to be helped right away was so incredible! I wish I got her on the phone and it would of saved the half an hour drive! It is not fair for students to struggle because you get someone not-so-great on the phone. Everyone needs to be more like Sam and maybe issues wouldn’t prolong for weeks when they don’t have to :
I don’t know why this college hired so many disqualified instructors. And there is no diversity, there are only Indians and others.
