Great food, HUGE portions, great prices. The chef/owner is wonderful and so accommodating! He wants to make sure you have a perfect experience! You should definitely go here! Pictured are pierogis, the boot, and the chicken pot pie!
Had the best meal from Red Poppy Bistro tonight! The chicken pot pie is outstanding, had the polish feast and Swedish meatballs!! We are beyond satisfied with this delicious home cooked food!! Adding this to the list of great Elgin restaurants!!!
Sooooo delicious! I had Red Poppy Bistro for the second time today and I have found my new go to for lunch. The portions are huge!! and super tasty! Customer service is amazing!!! Also everyone needs to try the lemonade!!!! I was going to go back for another cup of it but was reminded I’m on a diet
When Legit Dogs & Ice closed down, we were really bummed because we loved the atmosphere and every time we went there the owners would greet us. When Red Poppy Bistro was announced I was so excited, I’ve had food from here a couple of times now and every time it’s been great! Food is delicious and portions are huge!
For a soft opening I have to give them 5 stars. The food is excellent had a couple small issues but that is to be expected with a soft opening. The food is well prepared and the quality is top notch. We will be back. The house coffee is very good.
