We went to Red Lobster in Golden Valley last night for a birthday. The restaurant was clean and looked nice and the food and drinks were delicious. Our server Marraya G! was super friendly and attentive and created a really great evening.
We've eaten her twice now. Both times were excellent. The waitress tonight went above and beyond. Great food. Restaurant was clean and relaxing. Will be back!!
This used to be my favorite restaurant to go to every year for my bday but it isn't the same like it used to be. Every year I'd order almost the same thing & they'd give me plenty of food, plenty of biscuits, & all the refills you want. Now they barely give you a big portion & for the price that your paying you'd think that you'd get alot more. The food was always prepared fresh & they made it look so effortless. The ladies that worked there always let me pick the free dessert that I liked & sang Happy Birthday to me. Now for the last 2 years I've went there for my bday the employees don't seem that friendly & don't go out of their way to make the experience much better. The last time I went here they gave me a very small amount of shrimp even though I asked for extra & the potato was prepared very poorly. They also chose the free dessert for me & made the size only big enough for a 2 year old. What's even worse is they discontinued the mozzerela cheese sticks & those were the best appetizer I think they had on the menu. I used to order them before any meaI. I was very unhappy. I almost don't want to come back to the restaurant again based on the bad experience I've had. They could definitely use some improvement.

Usually a great experience. This particular visit wasn't good. I ordered the surf and turf. Shrimp were good. Steak was very rare I ordered medium they tried to cook it more. It came back overcooked. Management was very accommodating. They adjusted my bill accordingly. I will visit again in the future.Food: 2/5
Took my grandson there yesterday. After being off to a rocky start, I finally had to ask for a server. When one FINALLY came, we WAITED for biscuits. They were outstanding! Waiter apologized profusely for poor service. He did not realize we were his table. I will say, he did NOT disappoint. Tried so hard to make our dinner enjoyable, and he succeeded! He was personable, fun, apologetic, and a wonderful server. Dinner for both was rather expensive but fabulous! It was our choice. WILLIAM, you made ALL the difference in our day! All my very best to you young man, our new friend. Kudos! The meal was SCRUMPTIOUS and just what we wanted. Thanks again. Btw, place got quite busy. Rightfully, so.
Our dinner was Fabulous. My salmon was Excellent. Spouse had steak and said was one of the best sirloin he has had!! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Was a Great evening out! Will be back!!!Food: 5/5
We had a party of 10 this past Saturday and we had the pleasure of Nykea as our waitress. She was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise! She was extremely kind and patient with our group, navigated our split tabs, and immediately corrected a food issue. Great experience! You don't get service like the kind Nykea provided anymore these days.
We had a great experience at Red Lobster. Wasn't very busy. Our server couldn't have done a better job; she was very pleasant and professional. Drinks and food were spot on. We have had the same type of experience at this location before.Food: 5/5
Maine Lobster tail was amazing, bacon Mac and Cheese were great even the next day reheated, of course The Cheddar Bay biscuits were to die for. I sincerely wish I could remember our waiter he was attentive, funny, and knowledgeable, great food and service. Peach margaritas are excellentFood: 5/5
