Red Arrow

10 years of taking the bus and only 1 bad operator I would say qualifies for a 5 star rating. Staff are awesome - the bus drivers are great - booking is easy and generally they are 100% on time.

Glad to be back riding the Red Arrow and e-bus. The staff at the Fort McMurray location are amazing to deal with. June 22/2022 I had an amazing experience at the Red Arrow Fort McMurray location this morning. I had the pleasure of catching up with someone that I had not seen in way too long. Glad to see things are FINALLY back to normal in the office. I look forward to the visit on my next trip.

Hello there Red Arrow PR-Customer Service Department! Me and my wife Galina Valing have been using your bus services since 2006 when we started to work and live in Fort Mac Murray. We agree great drivers always on time etc. I am semiretired Hotelier and still working in Service Industry etc. My wife Galina booked round trip to and from Edmonton starting morning departure from Fort Mac and back again morning bus from Edmonton. When she stepped on bus she was totally shocked and disbelieved how dirty was bus floor, leather seats and under her seat debris all over the bus floor. It just look like your bus picked up workers from oil sites and still wearing muddy working boots and clothing. My wife has a kidney transplant and she has to take many prescription daily. Next thing she discovered there was no bottled water left in bus cooler for her to take her morning pills. Your ticket prices have been going up but what about your basic customer service on this long trip to Edmonton. Are you saving your money on a few extra bottles of water instead of your driver will be able to refill your limited supplies?? Very disappointed trip it really was. Next time my wife will carry robber gloves and plenty of sanitized special sterile napkins to provide general cleaning around her seat in your luxury bus. Your very unhappy customers indeed.

Not having to drive to see my family for the holidays was the best experience. You get to pick your seats, there are complimentary snacks, and the driver was competent and very capable at his job. Got us to our destination ahead of schedule by about 5 minutes and even stopped for someone to get back on the bus and get his lunch kit. I have nothing bad to say about my ride with Red Arrow.

The bus back to Edmonton literally left early and I was infront of it and as I walked up to pay the driver he drove off looking right at me

Red Arrow is one of the most convenient transportation services in Alberta. Really comfortable leather seats. There are single seats. Drivers are polite and drive in a safe manner. There is also very slow WiFi and it didn't work in my last 2 trips.

One of the best bus services to Fort McMurray... a bit more expensive than Greyhound but you don't pay excessive amounts for extra baggage 3 bag limit as compared to Greyhound with only 1 bag limit before you have to pay extra for baggage. Only 5 bucks extra per extra bag. Buses are newer and more roomy with complementary water and beverages and snacks.
