Really happy with the service. Very polite personnel. I honestly do not believe it could have gone any easier or smoother. They patiently explained all the details and walked me through the steps. Showed up on time and did a very professional job. Strongly suggest them.
Recycled my old civic with recycle auto. It went very smooth. I had to do some work to remove snow from the car and secure the wheels to the hub and fix my flat tire the flat bed tow truck unexpectedly had to tow it from the front as he already had a car on the flat bed. But the paperwork and most importantly the chèque went super smooth. Paid as promised. Expect the whole thing to takes upwards of 1 hour, longer than I expected. I had to actually push my car for him to face frontwards so he could tow it. The central office also had to cancel an appointment last minute with me, and I had to reschedule a week later. To conclude, I got $190 not much for the actual value but I had to earn it.
They were pleasant, friendly and reliable. They showed up when they said they would. They offered clear explanations of what I would have to do before they arrived clear snow off, make sure tires were pumped and after take a form to the saaq. They paid by cheque the exact amount they had offered by phone.
Interesting scrap yard, great for finding cheap parts. I picked up a couple sensors and a washer fluid tank for 30$. Staff was pleasant and reasonable! Will definitely be back in spring or summer and keep an eye on their inventory via their website to get the other parts im looking for. Remove it yourself scrap, so bring your tools and try to choose a mild day to come. Access is not far from the highway. Highly recommend!
Bring your own tools and find the parts you need. First time going there, easy to navigate the yard and you also get to use a wheel barrow to haul your tools and parts!
Reliable and courteous. They show up when they say they will show up with no fussing round. I have used the service several times and they have always been professional.
