My granddaughter had her 5th birthday party here and everyone had a wonderful time. We had plenty of time to set up before the party. I appreciated the attendants insuring smaller kids played in areas especially suited for them. Also, some folks were hungry earlier and were able to order whatever they wanted and the kitchen staff was able to accommodate a request to serve the pizza earlier than initially expected. The facility was clean. Drinking water was available to all and the Cafe provided free cups to anyone who asked. We had an overall outstanding experience. Thank you!
We just had our son's 6th birthday party at Rebounderz and it was absolutely the best. The party rooms are clean and nicely decorated, the play areas & bathrooms are also well maintained, there is so much space for all the kids to play and go around..even the arcade area is spacious enough. We quickly had to upgrade from 15 to 20 kids & more, even though it was not guaranteed to have a host....Oh surprise! We ended up with a party host that was absolutely fantastic! She quickly took care of check-in people, bringing out the food, drinks, etc. She even took a last minute order for more food, which also came out fast to feed hungry kids. The party packages are worth the money, zero stress, and kids had an amazing time. Even checking out to pay the add-ons was a breeze, the employees are really friendly & helpful. For us, this place gets a big thumbs-up!
Lots of bouncing fun for the kiddos, but side wall trampolines were closed for some reason. I was a little disappointed that the cashier asked if we had Rebounderz socks and when I said "No, this is our first time" she came around the desk and started putting these socks on the kids over their existing socks. She said they were nice to have because they have no-slip grips. She didn't mention I was getting charged $3/pair for them. I don't know if just wearing the normal socks we brought would have been an option. I also purchased arcade cards only to find out that 50% of the arcade games were broken. The kids had fun and wore themselves out, but for the $120 I spent, we could have done a lot of other things that would have provided a better overall experience. Probably won't return.
Great place to take my Grandsons, they expel a ton of energy…great exercise for them as well. They love it.
Admission is WAY to high. At $20 a person for five and up the average family would spend too much just in admission not including any other food drink or activities. Michigan is lacking on actual fun play places for kids. This place isn’t all what’s cracked up to be for the cost.
Two of your employees reached out to me and my grandkids, they made signing in an easy experience for a grandma not good with computers, Samantha was excellent, so friendly, and never made me feel like a bother. She was so willing to help. Jacob helped my grandkids at the snack bar. Thank you.
Been here before with my son who is 2 years old. I am always by him except for the indoor playground/bubble jump areas with the "max height" limits. It was his favorite place, until he broke his arm falling off a step from the playground. At the time, I didn't think there was adequate staff overseeing this busy area where the younger and most vulnerable kids are playing, but it sounds like they might step it up. Don't get me wrong, it's a fun place. I know broken bones will happen in places like this the bone surgeon at the hospital confirmed by saying they see cases several times a week. I would just be weary of bringing any kids under 4, and keeping your little ones heavily supervised. Note: I had updated this review from 2 stars to 4. Originally, I was disappointed because they didn't call to follow-up within the period they had said, and I didn't have enough information to understand what had happened. After leaving this review, Samantha had left me a voicemail, which I didn't see due to having a new phone. Over two weeks later I found the voicemail and called on a whim to see if she remembered, and I was pleasantly surprised she recalled without hesitation. This to me shows that we were not just "another casualty to be forgotten" as I may have posted earlier. I received a genuine apology and understandable explanation from Samantha, and we went over what they had seen on their security cameras. After the traumatic experience, I would feel comfortable coming back once I know my son fully heals and isn't immediately going to refracture his arm.
This place is huge. Kids love it! The major downside is the pricing. I think business would be much better if hourly individual cost w/ no memberships would be less. All people in the area that i have spoken to agrees.
This was our first time here. Our daughter absolutely loved it. Great atmosphere with lots to do. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back!
We loved it here, didn't realize how much stuff their is to do for kids and as a family. We will be back when we are in town.
