The only time I've ever had to serve legal papers was after I took Realty Executives to the Residential Tenancy Branch for ripping me off. Then one of them still tried to weasel out of it after the RTBs decision was made.  Just typical slumlords who make mistakes often, and only to their favour.  If you're unlucky enough to rent from them, be sure to stubbornly document everything. I'm glad I did.

The person my wife dealt with was the rudest person she ever met. He must own the place because no one would get away with that if they didn't.  Would never deal here For anything.
