Price is little bit high, and wait time is kind of more, staff is gentle but can’t expect all items all time. Apart from all above, good, one time triable if there is space available to sit. If you’re in a rush don’t go for it. Nice vibes when there is a seat available, cause the shop is at the corner and will get the view to everywhere.
Real fruit should sincerely start thinking before handing over the location to staff with zero customer skills, first time ever got disappointed with this brand. They had no small cups and was forcing customers in queue to pay for medium instead as apparently according to their staff the small portions CANNOT fit in Medium cups which they have. Ordered 4 drinks, 2 Medium and 2 Small , they punched it, cashed me out and then they want to argue about $3 before handing me over the drinks as they were out of small cups. I did pay them as I have already overheard there ridiculous argument with other guests as they were ok not selling the drink but not accommodate small in medium cups even though this has nothing to do with paying guests. Would love to give 5 star for quality but zero customer service skills has really left a bad taste in my mouth.
Worst customer experience. They ran out of the items but didn’t update it in the self order kiosk. Later they called the order number mentioned they don’t have the item which we ordered. We asked for a replacement and they didn’t even care to hear what I am asking for and gave the wrong order. When asked about it the guy was very rude. The drinks which we received were also soo watered down. Have been coming to this for years but if this is what I will be getting for my money, may not return back.
Worst experience. I ordered one medium mango slush,usually i ordered from conestoga mall that was really good but from here i just got water with little juice of mango. No on should come here.
Can order in person at the counter or the self-serve kiosk. I've had a few different drinks from here all delicious and refreshing. The ladies at the counter are quite friendly.
Fresh food delivered. I got no complaints if I have to wait for a good quality food being delivered to me. Staff is also nice of course they are busy in providing service to their customers, so it looks like they are rude as per other reviewer's comments, but believe me, they are sweet people. The mango diamond slush with Lychee jelly is by far the best drink I have had. Faiza was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

I have ordered two small avacado smoothie with rainbow jellies in it via Uber eats. I have tried this same a few times so I am quite familiar with their product. Unfortunately the product wasn’t even fresh at all. It has a very bad taste and a pungent smell like that of urine. I have mentioned this to Uber eats as well but they could not process it yet due to this covid 19 situation. I don’t need any sort of refund but I felt that i should post it. I have recommended the same to my friends as well and now all are disappointed. The product is there as such without being touched right now. The service right now is so disappointing. I don’t think I will neither recommend nor try it from my side because of this issue.
Great service!! They have many options so it was hard for me to choose but the cashier patiently waited and even gave recommendations.the Pinà colada. It tasted great and the girl who made my drink was fast and friendly. 10/10
