We bought a new build and the lawyer and law clerk was very helpful in going through the agreement and pointing out things we should put in including the cap fees. Also responsive to emails and questions that we had. Also very competitive pricing in the industry and cheap. I would use their services again. Wonderful staff to work with.

This is my second transaction with Real Estate Lawyers. The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. The refinancing and title change documents were sent by lawyer in a timely manner. The transaction has not closed yet. However, overall a great, smooth and professional experience.
