Tills with trainees working at them should be clearly identified. Some of us don't have 15 min to wait while a new person learns how to do their job, so being able to avoid trainee tills would be great. The self checkout used to be a good option, but that's been ruined by the new security measures. Customer satisfaction no longer seems to be important, so sad.
I've been shopping Superstore for many years. Never really had much to complain about until the last year or so. Prices are through the roof and fresh produce is anything but. I have thrown out an incredible amount of vegetables and fruit. Meat is mediocre at best. I encourage anyone shopping there to really check the produce as closely as possible. I have a fair amount of points there. Once I use them up on dry goods I'll definitely be leaving that store and cancelling my PC master card.
This is a VERY specific shout-out to the crew that makes the prepped meals. First of all, I love you guys. Your efforts have fed my lazy butt and saved me more hours than I can count. Second of all, the butter chicken wasn't bad, it wasn't great but it wasn't bad. It was decent, for a store bought pre-prepped lazy boy experience. Now today I noticed it looked different! There's some new spices on them chicken and rice! I grabbed one along with the other groceries I was there for, and I'm currently enjoying it as I type this up. It's really fricken good! Everyone who works here is awesome
Prices are absolutely sky high, produce and meat are rotting on the shelves and security measures feel oppressive and unfriendly. Will be cancelling my PC credit card and will not be back to any Loblaws property unless massive changes are made.
Went there on Friday for several items that the flyer advertised. No stocks, signs up; when I ask the staffs, they asked us to come back on Saturday. The seafood section is basically lack of selection on Frozen products and no fresh shellfish in the water tanks.nDry food and bakery sections are okay compared to nanimno location. Will go there instead. Do better please
