Highly recommend the Click and Collect service! Tried it when I had a broken arm. Ordered over $300 worth of groceries online. Website easy to use. I liked being able to choose the 2-hour pick up window that worked for me. Was surprised to receive a personal phone call prior to pick up from a nice lady who was checking if a few substitutions were okay. They carefully choose the freshest products, deliver and load your order into your car. Your order is authorized with a credit card but you pay how you want when you get there. I will be using this service again.

Great selection of foods/produce, decent prices for clothing, & lots of housewares as well. Parking can be difficult as a lot of people miss taking a single spot. :/ I recommend going on the weekends as they have more cashiers available. If you use apps for shopping lists and coupons, load them up before going in. It can be a dead zone for cellular coverage.

The store itself is alright, my 1 star goes to their Optical department. I went in today at about 4:50pm to have my glasses tightened and inquire about some lenses I should have had on file. The older lady with the long blonde hair was very rude. She looked at me the whole time as if I were an idiot when I spoke with her as if she just wanted me to leave. No professionalism and didn’t seem to want to help me at all. I would suggest maybe talking with this lady about professionalism and kindness when working with the public. Didn’t leave a good impression, and not that they care, but I won’t be back. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Pam is amazingly helpful and kind. She is the sweet casheer with the blond hair. Will do all she can to help you. Produce is okay, not great. The health food isl has really been great for a general grocery store. The click and collect has really gone down hill the past few months though and the point system causes us trouble all of the time. The points just disapear. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Helpful staff. Was looking for product not carried in the store and they researched it and called me next day with location where to find it. Was very pleased with the service.
