A good location but way too many customers holding up lines with their price comparisons. For example: the customer with 20 cans of mushroom soup held up line for 20 minutes making us all wait while she price matched every single can of soup and other items. Why these customers cannot shop at the stores where items are cheaper is beyond me. Other than this, its a nice spacious store where you can actually shop without customers hogging space. Plus is accessible for persons with disabilities.
There is no excuse for me having to wait over 30 minutes for my online order pickup! That defeats the purpose of an online order I can just go inside. I will be shopping at a different more convenient grocery store in the future as it takes too much time to come here.
I love this Real Canadian Superstore store and location. Plenty of free parking 2 hours free for customers and huge store. Very well stocked, clean and well organized. Plenty of great deals. Fresh fruits and veggies and some beautiful plants and flowers. There are some unique products which are not available elsewhere but only to be seen at Real Canadian Superstore. It's easy to find what you are looking for because sections are well marked and very aesthetically organized.
I am a frequent shopper at RCS Weston Rd. I love shopping here because its clean, nicely organized and welcoming. Thursday September 11, 2025 was quite the opposite. I arrived at the store close to 5pm and as soon as I walked in, I got a rancid smell. The cauliflower section right at the front rotten so bad and a few pieces were left there with flies all over them, I asked myself what about shoppers coming by late afternoon. I usually arrive 3.30 ish but my child is now in high school with late exit so last week was the first time arriving almost 5. Then I went to the section where they had dragon fruit for $2. Rotten again with flies all over them. I called the store while I was shopping 3 times no answer, I called just now before posting this review and again no answer. I don't know what is going on, but its not a good look. I shop every two weeks Thursday spending over $500 each visit for my family, please keep it real!
I asked for assistance in locating bath towels, but they had none available. I then attempted to purchase a belt, but when I went to find the tag, the same employee did not help me. After I found the tag myself, she didn't assist me with the scanning process either, so I ultimately decided not to buy the belt.
