I went in today to purchase some pork chops from the meat department. Specifically a thicker cut as the ones that are usually stocked on the rack are of the thinner variety. Upon arriving at the counter, no-one was there to take my order. I waited a few minutes before asking another employee for assistance. I asked a young man named Chris if he could help. He was busy with another task, but felt inclined to help. I waited as he went into the back to look for someone. Moments later I could hear over the intercom that multiple attempts were made to reach someone from the department. Chris came back a few moments later to tell me that person had gone for their lunch. Then asked what I wanted and even though it was not his department, he took it upon himself to package the product immediately afterward . I just wanted to acknowledge his initiative to go out of his way to help. It wasn't his job to do so and I believe he should be commended for that. I will frequent the store for more products in the future due to this experience. Thank you
5 stars for the awesome lady at the customer service desk today!! She manually punched in my entire very large order so I could pay with my PC Points as it didn’t work at the cash. And she did it all with a smile and not an inch of annoyance!! This lady deserves a raise!!
Store is good, but there are no benches or places to sit anywhere. Shopping while I was pregnant I had a dizzy spell and couldn't find a place to sit I had to sit on one of those mobile carts, and now a breastfeeding mom there is no sitting area anywhere and I refuse to feed my child if the need calls for it in the dirty toilet. Please put some seating upstairs in that big empty space or in the big foyer, I can't imagine elderly have an easy time there either.
This location is a bigger store and has so many different and ethnic foods to choose from, they also have alcohol at this location as well. Their customer Service was really great as well. Plus I love how they price match from also alot of other stores too. I would most definitely go back to this store.
Great store, too bad they're price gouging and lying to customers. They've increased the price of no name products at least 4 times since they advertised their "price freeze" on no name products. The on-floor employees are great but please do not support this business. They're one of the biggest reasons we're seeing food inflation.
Clean store. Fruits and vegetables were great. Great selection. I like that it also has more than just food in the merchandise side of the store. PC points a bonus. Ad match fantastic.
Dear Manager I love shopping at your store . I just have one suggestion. I have disability and i can't go to multiple stores for groceries, and I am on a tight budget. Could you please allow us to do the pricematch online offers ? It's a hassle for people like me to go to other stores for the groceries we need cause we can't afford it in your store. You can set a limit, but please approve this suggestion if you can
Can’t name a more racist grocery store than this place. Staff members only say hi and give the total to white people EVERY TIME I’ve gone ! Your job is not hard. It’s not a one time thing. This has been going on for more than a year to myself and my mom….sadly. I really question how they hire these people. They all look like they hate their lives. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere but here!
My older brother was racially profiled today by an attendant at self checkout today, assumed he was the one who stole groceries even though he wasn't at the checkout that was stolen from. The attendant completely ignored the couple who did steal that was not too far ahead and instead of asking to see his receipt, which was clearly in sight in his hand, she immediately accused him of stealing. Best part is that it's not the first time this has happened to him at this location.
Plan on being at least half an hour, likely longer. Aisle signs are either incomplete or inaccurate and I therefore spend time cruising up and down looking for items. I love cooking and enjoy grocery shopping yet this store leaves me frustrated.
