Popped my tire trying to get home and found this spot online. The staff were so quick to help by patching up the tire and solving all my issues. Not to mention incredibly friendly. Was able to make the 4 hour drive home with no other issues at all. They definitely saved me! Super reliable and 10/10 recommend them to everyone!:
Awesome place! I called yesterday to get my window fixed. They got me in today. The motor went on my door window. Needed the regulator replaced. the window couldn't go all the way up. It was so cold out i am so grateful they got me in right away! Price was great. Thank you! Will definitely be letting people know where to go. Honest reliable place. And fast work.
Got my tires and oil changed at Reach Auto. David at the desk was very friendly and communicative, and patiently took the time to explain twice what I needed to know about my car. When my ride fell through, Michelle popped out of her office and offered to drive me home so I could get back to work while they finished my car. They were fast, friendly and very pleasant to deal with!
This business is extremely incompetent and inexperienced both mechanically and up front with clientele!These guys dont know how to balance wheels properly and they install wheel weights that hit and damage your brake components! We had to return after just 3 min after visiting for a tire changeover because of this and then had to wait an addition hour to have it corrected because they dont know how to prioritize and treat their customers properly! Second things are they dont listen and take instructions well, we instructed to have out tire pressures set to 35psi by the time we got to kamloops we checked our tires only to find 95 psi in them wheel lug nuts were loose too and i had my whole family in the truck… tried to call and talk to them about this but they dont care and so far have tried ignoring this matter and sweep under the rug! Too all west kelowna DO NOT GO HERE!
This locally owned shop has top notch service, matched with competitive prices.nnThe wheels and tires I purchased were hard to source, but Mat pulled through with the win.nnThanks team.
