I bought my house in April 2022 and Kaila was honestly so amazing through the entire process. I was so nervous and knew nothing about how to go about getting a house. She worked with my schedule and showed me any house I asked even if it was multiple a night because she knew the importance of finding the right one. When I found one I wanted she even stayed up late finishing and submitting paperwork just to make sure my offer got in right away ! She never once tried pressuring me to just make a sale, she definitely has your best interests in mind and listens to your needs and makes sure the house is right for you will even point out possible issues or fixes I’m honestly so lucky I got her and remax Is so lucky to have her. Definitely recommend her 1000 percent. Thank you a million times over Kaila !!
If you need a good realtor that will work hard for you and go that extra mile to help you find that perfect home Bob Ellie’s is the guy you want. Bob has worked extra hours sending us text messages of suggestions for homes and Bob has showed us homes which are good choices in person. Bob is going to list our house next week. My wife and I worked with Nina as our buyer's agent. After looking at homes for 2 days and not finding the right home, we went home to Denver. When we got home, a house popped up on Zillow that looked like exactly like what we wanted. We immediately called Nina. She said the house was booked for showings for 2 days. We loved the look of the property, so Nina suggested we put in an offer. We put in an offer $20K above asking. The seller countered our offer & 10 day inspection period with a 5 day inspection period. I thought was odd since 10 days is the usual time allotment for inspection. We accepted the counter and set up the inspection for Thursday that week day 4 of the 5 day inspection period. On Friday, day 5 of the 5 day inspection period, our inspection report was still not in. We told Nina that we did not have the report. She said that she stays out of inspections. After talking to the inspector, there were some red flags. By the end of day on Friday, we still did not have the report. Nina did not offer to ask for an extension even though we did not have the report. We did not make any changes based off of the inspection because the report was still missing. We missed our inspection window. When I inspected the house myself, it was in very poor condition. I tried to get out of the sale multiple times, and Nina refused. She said she would try to get money off of the sale or get repairs made. We finally called her and told her that we did not want her to represent us, and she said that the sellers wanted $4k in ADDITION to our earnest money to get out of the sale. I feel like my own agent is ripping me off and not looking out for me. This has been a terrible first homebuying experience. I even tried reaching out to Wendy, the owner of Remax thousand lakes, and she will not answer. Am I going to get sued for trying to back out of this terrible property? HELP!
Wendy is a rock star. Very knowledgeable, well connected and friendly agent. She felt more like a friend during the sale of our house rather than a real estate agent. She was completely engaged and concerned about the sale of our home on our terms. We worked with a few other agents/brokers and found her and the staff to be very effective. I would highly recommend Wendy and RE/MAX to my family and friends. Thank you Wendy!
