I wouldn't use this office.  ESPECIALLY with elderly selling thier house.  Bad deals . reverse mortgages,  be your own mortgager. Bad, Bad,  an documents are so old, they been photos copied over and over again.  I hope these elderly don't lose they house.  or have to go to court to get it back.

When looking for real estate advice make sure to look around for someone who can be honest and prepare you for the reality of the market. Real estate can be exciting and stressful and the most important part of the process is having a real estate agent that knows the market! When selling a home it is easy to get caught up with the movement of the market but it’s our responsibility to trust our agent as they know the true value of our home. It’s easy to make inflated goals of what we want on the sell of the home but that might not be realistic. It’s good to have an agent in your corner like Tav who can be honest and realistic so you can make the best return on your investment. Make sure you do your research and go with the an agent who cares to get you the best deal for your home!  As a buyer he is going to help you find the home that suits you and your family needs within your budget.  Remember to do your research and always look at the numbers — if your agent is moving homes and stays active in educating our community than you know that you have made the right decision.
