Being a first time seller, I had been anticipating a stressful experience when I started the process of listing my home. However, the knowledge and advice I was provided with from Ken and Team actually made it an enjoyable experience. Their expertise helped us exceed what we had expected to sell our home for in a market that was beginning to slow down. Special thanks to The Cameron Team for all of their hard work. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially first time buyers/sellers!
The Cameron Team helped me purchase my first home and have helped sell my Mother’s home. In both experiences they were very professional, always punctual and able to adapt to our schedules. Can’t recommend them enough!
The sales agent Jennifer Cameron is very unprofessional. As a buyer agent, she brought buyers to the house we rented. One day before the viewing appointment, the client showed up at our house without the agent, asking my husband weird questions like whether his parent was at home my husband was 30+btw without explaining who he is. We didn't know that was a buyer until the second day. It's a basic knowledge for an agent to inform the client to wait for her to see the house together instead of making unexpected visit alone. On the showing day, when she got to the house, she told the buyers they can see whatever they want, so while my husband and I were working upstairs, I could hear them opening our kitchen cabinet without any consent. And the buyer kept asking us personal questions like which date and where we are moving out, why the carpet has a stain which was caused by last renter not us, acting like they are our landlord. The agent didn't seem caring enough to stop her clients from invading others' privacy. During their second time visiting our house, we weren't at home and when I got back home, I checked the home camera. This time, the agent even helped the buyers open our washroom cabinet and closet where I put a lot of personal stuff, again without asking us, and they were making rude and offensive comments about our house and us. When we called the agent telling her how nosy it is to open cabinets without asking for approval first and how ill-mannered of them for asking all the personal questions and making rude comments, she simply say her client was joking and she couldn't control what the clients do. This is an unacceptable excuse. An agent should know all the etiquettes regarding viewing the house, not to say this is the basic manner when visiting other people. That's a reason why a buyer's agent should be present when a house is shown. Never in the other 20+ viewings have I met people who are so unprofessional and impolite. I am glad that the owner didn't end up selling the house to them.
I went here to give DD of my accepted offer and had a great experience here. My bank was not giving me the exact payer name so I called them and they understood my situation and allowed me few changes in the name. The girl in reception was really friendly as well.
Tanya Schulte Sold my house and buyers agent Tanya Schulte was from relax solid gold. Transaction was “ok” but buyer didn’t do an inspection, and later came up with some problems and came after me...I’d left 2 personal items at the house and the buyer was told they had sentimental value After a couple things went wrong with the house appliance the agent was contacted by the new home owner and emailed my agent saying I’d likely need to come up with some money to get my items back.... sketchy! Not to be trusted in my opinion. Many other realtors out there ... not worth dealing with people like this. I emailed the agent and broker... no response... I threatened to goto the police and I got my stuff back, but this should never ever happen, completely unethical, and the agent should know they buyer has no recourse to get money from me. Would give zero stars if I could.

An amazing experience and a great result! Helen and Luis are a terrific team We got so much help and support from Helen Fidler and Luis Figuerido, from the initial advice about when to sell, to staging and prepping the house for showing. Never would have gotten such a great deal well above asking without all their hard work and encouragement. Hope never to move again, but if we do, we will definitely be using this team!
