They won't rent to white people trust me I tried! Even offer 6 months in a advance!! I won't never buy a house from them! 7475 goreway they have 2 townhouse that I am aware of! Uint 30 and 26 both tenants did not pay rent and had to be evicted from the sheriff! I seen the places and they don't take care of there places at all!! They where a dump!!!! I would classify that as slumlords!!!  Now who would want to buy a house from slumlords?????  I even offered to fix up the house and give 6 months advance in rent and just because I and white they won't rent to me!!  I even got somebody to go in there with awesome credit that is white and they did not even get it!!!  So if you're not Indian I advise you to be very careful even if you are who wants to buy from someone that's half ass and is lazy of taking care of their properties!!
