Your agent Nav Khangura pulls up to my home in his very expensive shiny white SUV uninvited. He starts towards me with a big smile (I'm outside tidying the yard) and starts a sales pitch. I ask him to leave, he starts insisting. I have to order him from my property. He gives me the finger twice while leaving. Rarely have I observed such disrespect from anyone. You have to wonder, if this is the attitude and abuse potential customers receive, how could anyone trust him to act in the customer's best interest? I assume if this is the behavior to my face, I would suffer even worse from dealing with him or your office. Disgusting.
