Questionable engineering , horrible  project management , hires extremely cheap and questionable contractors. All good reviews are from current employees do a quick google.

They are known for super high pricing.

RDH didn't correct deficiencies pertaining to work done on my condo as part of a rehabilitation project. I was told that they have to balance cost vs. quality of work and fixing it would not be cost-effective. They don't seem to care about the owners, i.e. the individuals that are paying for the work.

Just terrible people because they don't care about the owners.
