Great service. Personnel answered all my questions. Salesman was very knowlegeable.
Terrible return policy – shop elsewhere!nI bought a TV stand from Meubles RD in Sherbrooke and was shocked to find out that all sales are final, even if the item hasn’t been delivered yet. They don’t offer refunds – only store credit. Most stores today offer at least a basic return window, but not here. You’re stuck with your purchase no matter what. Be careful before buying – if something goes wrong or you simply change your mind, you’re out of luck. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be shopping here again.
Sales staff were very helpful and polite. The item we purchased is not in stock at the moment. We expect delivery in August
