Friendly staff. Olivier answered all my questions and got me a good deal. Prices are better than elsewhere.nShipping is only free if they bring it to your door. There is an extra fee to bring it inside.nOverall, good service and would return.
I received a damaged sofa and after calling 3 times and going in person only to find out they want more pictures!! As I am in transition of moving out of province they were of NO help at all to me. I would never buy there again. After customer service is horrible.
Nice place, no pressure to buy and no sales's personal harassing you.... no much choice of appliances though ... few nice model of dining table and bar tables
Our representative, Laurence, was polite, treated us as a friend rather than simply another client. She was extremely competent, and guided us to our purchase with recommendations that suited our needs and expectations. All in all, a very pleasant experience
