RCMP towed my car without warning or my acknowledgement, staff would not help over the phone as I was never given a file number. Constable Li was kind to answer majority of my questions.
Need to learn how to respect people and do their job professionally. They seem to always want to bring up the past!! LOL
The fingerprint line up was quite long, but the staff was efficient to help everyone.
