Good luck getting anything done. No direct line, so you have to go at the branch to make an appointment just to go back to the same branch. Terrible experience.

The tellers are friendly and professional, but there s not enough of them…. As far as getting a meeting with an individual for particular needs ie. mortgage, credit card, financial advice, good luck with that! I have literally tried, and failed, to get an appointment for over 2 years, no joke. I wonder if rich people get better service?

This bank has given me the runaround 3 times now when I try to open an account. First I walk in: they tell me I need an appointment or need to make an account online. I check online: their website doesn't work on multiple devices. Then I try to call: they're not open at this time. FINALLY, I get a hold of a person, and tell me I have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment.nnIf I can't even open an account with these people, what is their actual service going to be like? I'm not inclined to find out.

I had a great experience with the services of this branch. As a newcomer Xavier Bourque guided me and helped me to have a safe and reliable start in my financial life in Canada.

Much better than place des congrès! My go to branch because the staff and manager are professional and competent. Avoid place des congrès..Queen does things right and the other branches will give you trouble and lie and not help for something they can do because it's too much paperwork lol. Stick to queen
