I am disappointed to be leaving a one-star review, but the service I received from the staff at this branch was woefully inadequate. Their lack of professionalism and inability to address customer concerns effectively are significant issues. Despite my multiple requests to meet with the bank manager, I was informed that they were unavailable, with lunch cited as the reason. Over the past week, I have made concerted efforts to resolve my issue, but to no avail. Instead of receiving assistance, I was told to vacate the premises, with the threat of police involvement. As a customer with a substantial investment in this bank, I expect a higher level of service. I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this branch, as they may not receive satisfactory responses to their inquiries. The staff's behavior was unacceptably rude, and they failed to listen to customer concerns.

KFC food was tasty and fresh. The chicken was crispy, fries were good, and service was quick. I enjoyed it.”

The worst product I've ever tried to use in my life. The following is my everyday chequing account experience.n1. Set up in person. Manager is nice. Says my temp card will work for limited things, including online purchases. Cool. It does not.n2. Called customer service to explain that my temp card should work for online purchases. She says no. You have to wait for your information to be updated. In 7 days. So the account is completely unuseable.n3. Regular card arrives. Actually THREE regular cards arrive, all different version numbers. None of them work.n4. Tried to do an e-transfer. You must scan your bank card as verification. No other option. My bank card as mentioned... doesn't work!!!n5. Go back into the bank. She can't do the e-transfer either because my phone is dead. Tells me to come back later.nnUpdate - finally was able to send an e-transfer. They locked my whole account instead. Have to go back to the bank to unlock it.nnUpdate #2 - fraud did not tell me that my health card would not count as a 2nd piece of id despite being government issue so I have to go back AGAIN.

Wasn't me using RBC, I was traveling with my father and he deals with the. Royal Bank. They offer ample parking, with wheelchair parking, plus the button automatically opening doors, although I didn't notice a ramp to leave the parking lot to the sidewalk. Usually overlooked this wheelchair access is by steering to parking lot access to sidewalk.nHe was in and back in less then 5 minutes so that's great service. I also know they have a banking machine on the front side of this building off King Street.
