Krissi Shoemaker is the absolute worst manager I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Employee ID# 964910. I waited 1 week for a phone call appointment and she hung up on me and told me "she doesn't help customers". Not sure what her job is supposed to be then?
Wonderful staff.... Always happy and cheerful, they always go the extra mile inside... I wish i could give another star and make it 6 out of 5
It would be nice if someone in the branch would answer the phone.
