Try to make an apointment on the phone..the AI from the branch hang up on me 3 times...couldn't talk with someone..I lost 55 min for nothing...very embarassing situation

I have a friend I do business with he's been a very longtime customer with rbc, I used to go this branch to make deposits to his account. they make you feel like if you're doing a terrible thing he closed his account now we do business with another bank, the service at counter is uncomparable

Ok experience. The staff was helpful but couldnt commit to a long time client when it came to mortgage and credit line. It was very disappointing.

Dear rbc.. ur transfer limit change on .com is not functional.. uve added transfer to rbc clients and e transfers.nWhen i change my limit it does nothing. It changes it for rbc clients which everyone at rbc is telling me are e transfers but theyre wrong. As when i change my limit to 0 im still able to transfer up to 10000. Plz fix this asap. EditnnNow uve fixed it ty.. however we can transfer up to 10000 with our phone now and we cant edit that limit! There is no point into lowering an e transfer if it doesnt affect the app!! Plz change that!!

I went there on 2 occasions, the outcome of both was not good.nNot sure what is the point of sending emails to the customer promising pre-approved services that can't be fulfilled.nAnd let me add, the promised callback never happened.
