Absolutely awful! Dosent matter when i go to this branch its always a 20 min wait. 9 people in line and only one teller. When i asked the woman at the business window if we could have another teller she said ya i know ill be another 5 minutes. Customer should take precedence. She continued to ignore everyone. The tellers are nice but Customer service sense of urgency and paying attention is terrible.

Incredibly slow service, I recently won a judgement against this RBC branch for their "negligent" handling of my loan, which they refused to pay.
