RBC Royal Bank

Although I have had pleasant experience with this branch's tellers before, I give it only two stars because of the absolutely awful costumer service I received today. I visited a specialist at this branch to open investment accounts. The specialist provided little info, and I had to ask questions all the time. And every single time I asked a question, she was aggressive. She treated like I had to know all the details including rules, policies, and all the Restrictions, and my questions were stupid. I said I could have open all the accounts myself online, and the reason I was there was to learn more about these accounts. Then, she angrily said: "This is what I am doing, and I don't know what else to do." That was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I only wasted my time!

Horrible service. Unreasonable waiting time. Waited 25 minutes with just one person ahead of line, and all tellers open. They're more interested in socializing with fellow employees than helping customers.

Absolutely garbage service. I was there for an HOUR, when there were only maybe 6 people in line. This was the worst experience at any bank I've ever had, and as a brand-new RBC customer, I totally regret my decision to join (this is the only bank location I can access).
