Absolutely just love this Bank love the location love the people give it five stars
Great bank, great branch, would recommend. But I’ve had a lot of trouble getting any information from their mortgage broker Pierre Arsenault, he took our information and has never gotten back to us. Twice. In summer 2020, and again just recently. We’ve made a lot of effort to try and contact him and he has made no effort to ever come through for us. If you want a house and you need to move fast, DO NOT TRY WITH RBC RICHIBUCTOU. You’ll run out of time before they even pre-approved any form of loan.
Great branch location, friendly and helpful staff!
