This bank is fairly busy, but always does a great job on moving customers in and out. Not to mention that they always have a smile on and are very welcoming. Mayfield RBC on the other hand......Just stay away from that branch. You'll end up seeing why on earth you go in.

Loved all the staff I had to deal with at RBC for what I needed to do with my account. 4 stars instead of 5 because they will try upselling the heck out of you when signing up for credit cards etc, which is annoying after explaining exactly what you want.

I just went 2 this RBC by cinaplex odeon movie theater with my dad. I've never been 2 this location and I was pleased with my visit bcuz I didn't take a long time and it was actually dead when I went there and no line-up...the bank lady was quite friendly and she asked me if I wanted 2 get a visack credit card that I've been pre-approved for bcuz I guses it's bcuz I've been such anot outstanding customer... the environment of the bank was clean and tidy and they had complementary coffee and mints for customers andt this branch seemed smaller then he other ones.. THIS LOCATION HAS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DIDN'T HAVE 2 WAIT MUCH FOR A PERSON 2 HELP ME BUT IT KINDA OUT OF THE WAY AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE A RIDE OR VEHICLE THEN GOING 2 NORTHGATE LOCATION WOULD BE BETTER BCUZ THERE ARE VARIOUS BUSES THAT GO BY IT ESPECIALLY DURING RUSH HOUR
