After being with a competing bank for 8 years I made the switch to RBC though this location. They seem a lot more interested in helping their clients and have done a lot more for me in the month I have been with them then my previous bank has done in 8 years.

The only branch I deal with in Red Deer. Never had a negative experience in two years. Staff is friendly and professional. I'm usually in and out within 5 minutes. ATMs are convenient and accessible all the time.

I haven't had to step in an rbc for ten years. Nothing has changed. I understand why you can't cash a cheque from a major insurance company that works through your bank. No really I do. thanks for all the other options you put on the table for rectification of this matter as well! Which was a total of zero. love having to deal with rude horrible service after a drunk driver has written off my car. Keep up the rbc way! Hopefully won't ever have to deal with you again.
