Was in a pinch getting ready to close on our new house. We messed up but they let us in last minute and stayed late to help us the best they could and get us set up with a future appointment set up for a different city. They went above and beyond.
Im from Fredericton and had made a purchase up in Edmuntson and when I arrived I realized I had actually forgot my wallet. Luckily I knew someone at the Fredericton branch and I talk to a women at the Edmuntson location who reached out to the Fredericton one to verify who I was and was able to give me the cash I needed for the purchase. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond to help me. Also being only English this location completely accommodated me and was extremely helpful.
