Still waiting on RBC to rectify online payment to Truro Water Utility, lost in their computer software snafu. No apology was forthcoming for funds withdrawn from my account but not received by Utility. Should expect a lot more from an establishment in the way of customer service. Mistakes are made...own up to them, make the appropriate apologies and timely corrections. This has taken far longer than it should. Very disappointed. UPDATE: REFUND NOW DEPOSITED TO MY ACCOUNT ON MARCH 20TH...FIRST DAY OF SPRING.......THANK YOU!

RBC is an excellent bank to deal with. They never disappoint and are very quick to meet my needs. I highly recommend Royal Bank!

Switched Banks from another local competitor to RBC Branch in Truro and it has been the best decision we have made regarding our finances. Our Adviser at RBC has spent countless hours on Saturdays with us answering questions, setting up accounts, and even reviewing our account structure to find ways to save us money with multi product discounts- something our other bank did not offer or do. RBC mortgage specialists and Advisers have always returned our calls, answered our emails, and have been pleasant to deal with. We were even surprised that we were able to text our mortgage specialist while on vacation. I have even seen their advisers help at telling stations if they have the time to help with the load during lunch hours. Tellers are friendly and knowledgeable and I have never been met with disdain. We are excited to keep working with this institution and its staff in the future. They are a great team from start to finish.

I have a student banking account and can only take out $20 from an RBC BANK MACHINE and so i need to go to the tellers, everytime i walk in the line is out the door and there are only 2 people working...all together i am very disapointed with rbc

Nothing good to say, worst customer phone service of any bank I have dealt with. Conflicting information from multiple calls. Calling your branch connects you to another part of the country...at best...usually a call center in india or pakistan...is there no employees available in canada to work for this canadian company? In one conversation had a "customer service" rep give me three different answers to the same question. We will be taking our business elsewhere... Personally I would suggest you do the same. It will save you a lot of stress and hours of wasted time.
