I have been going to this branch ever since I opened my first bank account as a kid, it has always been great service. Recently I had some issues with RBC's online website and App and needed to go in twice and Hemang Joshi and David Lau did an absolute incredible job of assisting me with my issue and in a timely manner. They really just went above and beyond and although I don't go into the branch very often anymore, I am glad to know there is a great team there waiting to help if I do! Thanks again!

I'm generally an online banking kind of gal, but I made an appointment with Shane Parker to set up a business account and I was blown away by the customer service and the extra mile that he took when meeting with me. He was extremely personable and helped me find solutions that were tailored to my small business. I also email him a few days after we met and he responded extremely quickly and helped with my questions. I would definitely recommend RBC and booking with Shane Parker for any business banking needs that you may have. Thank you RBC New Hamburg!

After RBC contacted me to review my banking I have with them, we set a time and day. RBC was supposed to call me at the time which I took time of work for. After not receiving a call, I called in and reached someone after 20 minutes. The person said that the first person never set up the appointment, but someone will contact me to make this right. One week later, and still no phone call. If you are thinking about switching to RBC, think again, I have been with them for 8 years, almost every annual financial review is with another new employee!
Customer service and quality of service is absolutely garbage. For a lack of better words. I wish I could give zero stars. It never use to be like this. I’m seriously considering pulling all my assets, investments and products from RBC to another bank. Train your tellers better.
Very disappointing...the teller staff are amazing!...I'm in customer service and I deal with people every day... some people can do it and some can not...some people are just made to stay in their office!! It was an awful experience!! Again very disappointing!
