great branch. the only one i go to. the teller could use an improvement, but the finance side of things are great

I hope I can give them 0 star, I did some money transfer, but they held my money and did not send it until I find my money was still in my bank, and connected them again, and then went to the branch to do the repeated procedure again in a heavy raining day.

They really upgraded the exterior of this fading bank. It's high tech glass sliding door are a nice aesthetic touch! Service of the tellers could be improved and they are kinda old fashioned. I like their new app so much better than their old one for android!
