Do not use RBC. The teller literally told me I could not withdraw my own funds from my own account. A beautiful combination of disturbing and greasy all in one place.
Went there for information about stock exchange markets, from I learned from the “news “ couldn’t get any information, just laughing at me cause I didn’t had a suit and tie and started to act just like a couple Mennonite bankers I know their vocabulary and working structure, now I know why no Canadian bilingual doesn’t reside in wainwright…they were not honest even for a minute…
The banking services are by no means bad, however as I was withdrawing money, a male of the darker skin tone stole the money before I could take it. When I brought up the situation to the receptionist who was very beautiful by the way, I actually ended up breaking my edging streak to her, she said she could do nothing about it.
I have been with RBC as a customer since 2009. They have remarkable customer service, willing to work with anybody. They never seem to go wrong with their efficiency. I haven't seen someone wait too long in line and with COVID-19 restrictions, they have been keeping the place extra clean! They enforce their rules and regulations, to keep the public safe.nKudos to RBC Wainwright!
I have been a rbc client cuatomer since I was in regina I did have major issues at the regina location but at Wainwright no issues I strongly suggested that people should use this rbc for all banking needs thanks Michael hine but for banking hours too I do wish that the bank is open longer on thursdays and saturdays
