They are unfortunately not open to helping businesses in the region and we had immense problems renewing our residential mortgage error after error, lost document, not received, which meant that we ended up with a mortgage of 6 month at 8% interest. Luckily we had images and transaction numbers to prove the error was on their side. We still lost our initial interest rate because of this. Brief ! Either we are unlucky or they are unfortunately not competent...nnOn the business side, we had to travel a few times to re-sign papers error on the part of the sales advisor
