I would give zero star if possible. A staff named Ali had to call me to complete a request for a service I requested which is time sensitive. It has been 3 weeks and not a single call or email from Ali. I have called his phone number several times, left a voicemail and sent an email but got no response.nnPlease choose some other branch for your appointments.

3 times I go to try and use the ATM and the doors are locked. This is obviously done due to the homeless man who lives there as a way to try to get him to move someplace else. He is still living outside the bank to this day and I don't think this will deter him. Why do thousands of people need to pay and suffer the consequences for one homeless person? Can't this be dealt with the police? Incredible that the manager prefers to lose clients than to deal with a homeless person.

Typical of the big Canadian banks. Staff is nice enough, but the turnover is very high and you usually get stuck with an inexperienced teller that need to wait for someone to help them. One of the ATM provides american dollars which is very practical.

Wow!! They close at 5pm which is fine but to lock your doors so that the rest of us can’t even have access to the ATM is just beyond!! This branch should be ashamed of themselves!! Get your act together Manager of this crappy branch!!

The worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life by a worker named Ali. Super unprofessional, literally took his shoes off under the desk and played with his feet like we couldnt tell???? Super weird. Honestly tempted to switch banks. Also they lock the ATM at very random hours , not reliable.
