RBC Royal Bank

2 hours and I gave up. Is this a bank or a place you go to die of starvation and dehydration before someone chooses not to run and hide in their cubicle like they're allergic to work?

This bank let's fraud happen in your account they tell you that you are safe from fraud but they put you through the everything and make you wipe your devices, put holds on your account make you come to the bank to get your money out of your account because your accounts are frozen, go to the police make reports let all your bills get nsf's, sign tons of documents and they tell you that everything is fine and lie to you in the end they say sorry can't help you and make you pay for the fraud that happened, don't trust this bank!!! I'd give negative a 1000 stars if possible

I am just moving to Canada from the U.S. and went in to open an account. I didn’t know that I needed an appointment but even without an appointment they took the time to open an account for me and the 2 personnel that I dealt with were super nice. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you.

worst service ever, can't talk to anyone on the phone unless you are already a client with a card. long story short they don't care about you.
