Three visits, three fails.  Each time I made a trip to the location, the ATM was out of order.  Royal back needs to step up here in Lively, another location with 24/7 access with two ATMs.

Tried opening an account online and it gave me a couple issues but this branch helped me right out! They were great to deal with and even understood that I was limited on time since I had to leave to go to work mid appointment.  Edit: So during this global crisis, while everyone is promoting health and safety for the essential worker's and it's customer's if opened to the public. Well they don't handle withdrawal's whatsoever except for through atm but they do not offer any hand sanitizer whatsoever to the general public in these areas which is absurd. Pretty much only protecting themselves by doing this. Thanks.

I called to book an appointment to look into getting a small loan or credit line due to unforeseen circumstances.  Long story short the lady I was speaking with basically told me that there was nothing she could do for me and that I should have planned things better.  This really got me thinking about finding a more considerate, sympathetic and courteous bank.

I have had various dealings with this branch over the years, always very helpful,friendly and professional service.
