RBC Royal Bank

Hi,nI have called to customer service representative at RBC bank for my couple of questions and a employee named Ms. Amrit has explained me in depth of detail and experience was quite good.

Extremely inconvenient to lock completely on Sundays. I am a long time customer and needed to use the atm but the doors are locked. TD uses card readers for customers can still get in. This rbc keeps everyone out and feeling unwelcome.

Cathy was great! Very professional and she answered all my questions. RBC gave me more services than I asked for. It was a wonderful experience with a great bank and incredible service!

Although it is unusual that the lobby to the ATM's are locked after hours, I can't particularly blame them given the particular brand of humans that monopolize the downtown core. Seems they are doing their best while still keeping their staff and building safe.nnErin is my absolute favourite. She is direct, to the point, friendly, excellent memory, efficient and absolutely pleasant. For speed of service and availability for business lines, this RBC branch is far superior to that of the others.nnParking and loitering can improve overall in that area, but that is out of RBC's control!nnThanks for everything, Erin! The service inside is pretty standard for a bank. Insultingly, the ATM lobby is locked after hours I went on a Saturday afternoon which is a massive inconvenience. Not only does this policy dismiss the better interest of customers, but the motive is clearly to prevent people without homes from using the lobby as shelter from harsh weather - which is unconscionable.
