Brad poole the loaning officer is rude. Un co-operative and unprofessional. You must have a conversation on egg shells with him. I seriously would say to anyone to talk to any other loaning officer as a home buyer. Given I made a couple mistakes during the process as a first time home buyer that is to be expected. But he cannot handle those mistakes

2 tellers out of 4 during busiest times of the day, with a huge 40min lineup. This problem has been going on for years. The issue is with management and not lack of labour since I know qualified people who applied for positions at this branch and heard nothing. When will things start improving?

Came at lunch hour and they had one teller with a lineup behind her. Waited and waited until I had to get back to work. Never got anything accomplished. Absolutely ridiculous!! Another case of money saving and machines replacing humans.

No issues with the branch or staff. My issue is that I call my Morden branch number and get sent to an automated voice who cannot help me, or answer my questions. I’ve tried 4 different days and times. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Please make an option to talk to someone at the branch itself. Please!
