Very pleasant! I bought a couch at the Warwick store and my sales representative, Vicky Auger was terrific! She was extremely thorough and very professional (and not pushy!) Vicky knows her products and demonstrated and/or pointed out several features that aided me in making my decision between the two couches I was considering in the store. Vicky is not only a very good salesperson, but a genuinely kind & caring woman. She also has a delightful sense of humor. I left the store today feeling excited about my purchase and overall pleased with the entire experience.

I ordered furniture online on 10/30, and they told me it would take 2 weeks to come in. When it came in, the bed set was missing half the pieces. They told me they would get it at the warehouse and come back in a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't received a call or update about my order. When I called, they said they would come November 30th and then they never came. I asked for a sales manager to call me and no one has. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had and it's absolutely ridiculous that I have been waiting for over a month and I had to call them! I'm about to cancel my order and I highly encourage you to look elsewhere, they don't care about their customers.

Didnt purchase amything, just broswed. The sales people weren't pushy. When I told them I wanted time alone to look around, they left me be. They answered any questions I had. Didn't find what I was looking for , but will look in a few months from now to see if they have anything new.

Terrible furniture. We paid $2000 for 2 "leather" couches 6 months ago and they are already starting to peel. Real leather shouldn't do that. Will never buy from them again. Would have been better off going to ikea.

Cardi's is better. IMO. The selection wasn't that great. The salesperson was very good, though. We ordered a sofa sleeper a few weeks ago and still haven't heard a word on when it'll arrive. Meanwhile, we order a chair from Bob's online last week and it's getting delivered today. Just saying...haha.
