I've been using one of graphic designer Candance B. for years. The communication and quality of work has never left me wanting to look anywhere else. The quality of work and products have always impressed me and my client time and time again. List of top quality products that's been designed for me include: Business cards x3 different businesses Banners for trade shows Logo design x3 differen business Plus more I'm sure I've missed, I've been using this company for almost 10 years now! If you want to feel confident and safe with your needs this is the place to go!
I highly recommend working with Nick W. at Rayacom! Nick is professional, knowledgeable and awesome! It is beyond refreshing working with someone who knows the print industry and is there to help your prints look perfect. I will definitely be working with Nick again!
Having to wait additional days is one thing but, then when emailed the order was ready I arrived the next day for pickup, only to be told it wasn’t ready so having to go back the following day is a bit of an irritant. However, my real issue is the poor craftsmanship of the finished product, with all those additional days, the products were not all cut uniform and I received a result that was blurry, even the text that was made on the website came out blurry? Like if it was just the image I would consider that a potential issue on my files but their text layout too? Made a small order in hopes for bigger upcoming projects to be done here as well but I doubt I’d trust ordering anything else for my customers through this company.

I have been using this company for 3 years to produce my business cards, this will now be the 5th order I have placed with them, out of 5 orders they have managed to completely screw up 3, the second order they printed wrong I returned the cards to explain the problem, they re-printed another order.... wrong again... the third time they finally got it right, and to clarify they printed the cards with the wrong company name and logo... I am uncertain what the reason for approving email proofs prior to print if they are just going to print them anyway they want to.. now to add context my cards cost $1.17 per card these are not ur simple basic cheap card... one would expect a little more attention to detail... fast forward to this order, I was promised a 7-10 day turn around on the order prior to placing the order as I specified a time crunch and would source them elsewhere if they could not deliver they said no problem... after 4 revisions of proofs to correctly change a phone number seeing as I kept sending the new number and they kept sending it back with the old one we got that sorted... 4 weeks later the cards finally show up with the wrong company name and wrong logo... long story short save your time, money and frustrations and find someone else to use. AND IF U NEED A NEW BOOKMARK LET ME KNOW I HAVE 750 EXPENSIVE CARDS THAT ARE UTTERLY USELESS NOW

Sam was so amazing when I was making my invitations and table settings for my wedding. She helped me create a cohesive feel and at a reasonable price. She was quick to reply to any questions I had and found me solutions for what felt like unsolvable problems.
