We stopped here for lunch and the owner is so enthusiastic and proud of her place and the food. And for good reason. Everything is vegan plant based and GF. She had some fantastic buns and muffins, salads, wraps and smoothies. You can eat in or get to go.
I stopped by there on my way to the ferry. The food was quick, fresh and we'll made the sauce was properly portioned throughout the wrap so that every bit had flavor. Plant based and vegan friendly, I'm definitely stopping by every time I'm on the island.
Muffins are top notch. As an enthusiast of this hearty baked good, these muffins, gluten or not, are worth the stop! Excellent main dishes also. Super fresh and tasty. The resto could improve by putting its earth health first food into earth health first packaging / dishes. A sure to grow enterprise.

The muffins are baked daily and are still warm when I come get one in the morning! Love the smoothies and kale chips!! Love Rawmbas!
